someone used a steamid  of a friend of mine on the registration without his permission and now he can´t play at cssmix with his account his steamid is STEAM_0:0:12054513. 
I hope someone can clean that steamid from the account to be used by the  real owner.

Why cant he play?? Also, "Without his Permission" ???

because someone is using his steamid without his permission, so he cant create a new account because his steamid is already in use.

My bro have the same problem why can this happen ? Want printscreen with her nick and steamid ? How can he solve this problem ?
