Why not just play ESEA and CEVO?.. Your almost guaranteed not to run into a cheater on ESEA, ESL is full of cheaters. If i were you i would go play ESEA, i know for a fact i would be doing that right now if i didn't have 120+ ping.

Just go play Cevo or ESEA like scar said! A few years agoo i played in CAL League, also an american league! Unfortuanaly it went down!
